Feedback & feature requests
You can send feedback or request a feature directly from the app. In the app, go to Profile → About, then tap Feedback & feature requests. Choose Feedback or Feature request, write your message, optionally attach up to 3 images, and tap Send. To see your previous submissions, use Past feedback in the same About section.

Frequently asked questions
How do I change my garbage schedule location?
Open the app → Profile (or Settings) → update your address. The garbage schedule will update for your new area.
Scan or camera isn’t working
Make sure you’ve allowed camera (and photo library, if you’re choosing an image) in your device settings. Restart the app and try again. If it still fails, send a report via Profile → About → Feedback & feature requests and include your device model and OS version.
How do I manage my subscription (NabiJapan Pro)?
Use “Manage subscription” in the Profile tab. You’ll be taken to the App Store or Google Play subscription settings where you can cancel or change your plan.
I want to delete my account
In the app, go to Profile → Manage account. Use the option to delete your account. For privacy and data details, see our Privacy Policy.
